This product has a 2 day in house production time and will typically ship within 2-3 days after you place your order. For faster shipping please choose the rush option.

1. Are the labels self stick? Yes
2. Do you plan to add more colleges and universities to your list? Yes, we plan to add some in 2010. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new product offerings.
3. I just ordered and made a mistake! Can I change it before production? Most of the time, we can make a change provided you contact us within 1 hour of ordering.
We can't guarantee that the order can be changed so please be careful and proof your text before submitting your order.

1. I don't have a credit card, can I pay by check? Yes, you can choose the personal check option while checking out and send in a check with your invoice number.
2. Do you take phone orders? Yes, you can call us toll free at 888-511-5223. Please have product item number ready along with your credit card.
3. I entered a discount coupon and it did not accept it, why not? Either the coupon is expired or it was entered incorrectly. Please try again, if shopping cart does not accept please visit our Facebook page to get a discount coupon or call us toll free at 888-511-5223.

1. Do you have a secure server? Yes, like most internet merchants we use SSL technology. Look for the lockbox when you enter the shopping cart.
2. Do you sell or share my personal information? Absolutely not, we respect your privacy. We work very hard to build trust with our customers and will never sell or share your personal information.

1. Do you offer label dispensers for rolled labels? Some products do come with a cardboard dispenser; please check product details to verify availability.
2. I don't see the label I ordered last time, is it discontinued? Possibly, type your query into our search box to try and locate a product. If you do not find what you are looking for you can e-mail us.
3. I want to order a product for a friend but I want it shipped to me, is this possible? Yes, just fill in the personalization for your friend and make sure to type in your name and address in the shipping field.
4. How long does it take to get my order? Please see "turnaround time" which will give approx. shipping time and in house production time.
5. Do you have a catalog? No, currently we do not offer a paper catalog.
